Job Title: Modular Building Carpenter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in modular building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and constructing modular buildings according to blueprints and specifications. This role will require proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills, including framing, finishing, and installing fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  
• Measure and cut materials to build modular structures
  
• Assemble and install modular building components
  
• Install fixtures, hardware, and finishing touches
  
• Inspect and repair modular buildings as needed
  
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in modular building construction
  
• Proficiency in carpentry skills, including framing, finishing, and installing fixtures
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus
